India Simplify CRM operates on a subscription model. Pricing and plan details are available on our pricing page (coming soon). By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

5. Restrictions

You specifically agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service.
• Use the service to build a competitive product.

6. Payment & Billing

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of India Simplify CRM and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

In no event shall India Simplify CRM, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to ensure continuous availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that could cause temporary downtime.
